Welcome Back! What will you do this week?

Just wanted to say welcome back to everyone today! Now that you're back from the event and everything is fresh in your mind, get that action plan in writing and start out on your path.

Make a to do list, do a brain dump, get those thoughts in writing! (I actually started doing that on the plane home back in August) Getting it written down helps tremendously so that you don't forget what you learned and what you want to implement. I still refer to my NAMS notebook from August on a daily basis, because I just learned so much and am using that information every single day.

So, now that you're home and it's time to get back to work, what will YOU do?

I have to wait to sign up but I'm going in August. So excited!

There was no way I was going to be able to think about anything on the plane, I was soooo exhausted. Got about 4-5 hrs. of sleep every night. First two days I was up and at it in the gym. Crazy but great time!

This week, I'm touching base with all my new friends via Twitter, Facebook, etc. I will be blogging for sure but some time in the next week or so I will be putting up one of the videos I did at NAMS. Video was my major breakthrough this weekend so now I have to take the next steps..techy stuff, getting the vids on to my computer and up online. That doesn't seem half as bad or make me half as sick to my stomach as the actual videos did. Man I was a mess.

Anyway, I'll start writing articles to submit as well.

Lots more to do but those are my two many things since that is what I went to accomplish at NAMS.

Noticed that myself. I really hope people are beginning to build the accountability groups I mentioned in an earlier thread and posting progress here.

I love it that everyone is so social on Twitter and elsewhere, but we need to apply what we've learned and motivate one another too. NAMS is about results. Let's hear what's going on.
