My first interview!

Hi!

This week I was interviewed locally by Roanoke Outside to promote my book and running. It was my first interview and I was really nervous. But, I feel that it went great and actually was published today!

Now, I've gotten some confidence and can see that it's a great way to gain exposure. I'm even starting on a signature speech that I can give! And, for me, that's really out of my comfort zone!

Your passion and knowledge, not even to mention your dedication to running, should be really attractive to the media. If you haven't already done it, send out a press release about your book.
