I know I've not been around much the past couple months but I have an excuse ;) I came across a huge publicity opportunity and my focus has been there for the past month+.

For those who don't know, I auditioned for Dragons Den (http://www.cbc.ca/dragonsden/)(about 6,000 audition). It's very similar to SharkTank in the USA but this is for Canadians. 1/5 Canadians watch Hockey Night in Canada and 1/3 watch Dragons Den. That means 11M possible viewers to my website in one swooshing hour or two.

I am sooooooooooooo stoked!!!

To not drag this out, my audition pitch got accepted and I fly to Toronto to present it to the Dragons on May 24th. Which means I've been super busy getting my numbers (EBITDA) together, redesigning website, developing my pitch and public speaking skills plus just still in shock I got accepted so dealing with a bit of anxiousness ;)

This will be huge PR for my website and firmly put it in place as the Market Leader for Virtual Assistants. (http://vanetworking.com)

Saying that, I can't wait until it is all over so I can relax again and find more time networking with friends from NAMS. I miss you guys/gals!!!

Hopefully I have good news about my business future by the time NAMS6 rolls around.

Also, I'm looking to Joint Venture with others who would like to put programs together for my Virtual Assistant Specialty Education Series (VASES). If you would like to do a 2-6 module program of interest to Virtual Assistants or already have one we could repackage, please get in touch with me to discuss. I'd like to have a dozen or so VASES in our NEW training area (coming soon) (http://www.vanetworking.com/vatraining/) by the time Dragons Den airs in the Fall/Spring. I've talked to a few of you already about this and you'll be hearing from me in June regarding same. If interested in such a venture which may be the stepping stone of my market into yours, email me for more info. (tawnya@vanetworking.com)
