I teach WordPress to my clients. In fact I consider myself a WordPress Ninja. That makes me qualified to tell you whether or not you should use WordPress for your online business. Here are some reasons why you shouldn’t…

WordPress is easy to learn…

It’s easy to learn and simple to use WordPress. Absolutely no technical skills are required. You don’t need to know how to do coding or be a computer geek to build your own blog or website with WordPress. In fact, if you can drag and drop and point and click, you have the technology required to learn WordPress.

WordPress is not for those who continually take online courses, one after the other and never implement anything. Once you learn how to use WordPress, you will have no more excuses not to start building your online business in a BIG way!

More Free Traffic…

Google loves WordPress. WordPress was designed to attract the search engines. It is the SEO friendliest blog and website platform out there. It makes it easy for the search engine spiders (that’s what they are called) to crawl your site and find the keywords relevant to your website and your blog posts. This information is indexed and when people do a Google search using your keywords, they can find you in the search results. When they click on your link within the search results, it takes them to your site. Voila`! Free “organic” traffic!

Every time you add content to your blog or website, WordPress “pings” or alerts the search engines that you have added new content and their spiders should come a-crawlin’!

So, WordPress is not for those who DON’T want to attract more readers, create more of a sense of community, build a bigger list and make more sales. If you don’t want these things, please steer clear of WordPress.

It Gives You Complete Control Of Your Business And Saves You Money…

Once you learn to use WordPress, you’ll be able to build and maintain your own website with little effort. Those little tweaks and changes that you have to pay a webmaster big bucks for, then wait for them to fit it into their schedule, will be a thing of the past. No more being held hostage by your web person. You are in complete control of your website and online business. You can make the changes you need in a matter of minutes. You can fire your webmaster, saving you buckets of time and money!

If you have made a personal commitment to pay for your webmaster’s kids braces and college tuition, WordPress isn’t for you.

In conclusion, WordPress requires no technical skills so anyone can learn it. I can teach you how to use WordPress in one day. Easy peasy. WordPress can help you get more traffic to your website and give you better results for your marketing efforts. And you can make the changes you need to your site quickly and easily, making WordPress a very cost effective marketing and business tool. Oh yes, did I mention you can fire your webmaster? If all of this sounds unappealing, WordPress is not for you.

Please share this on Facebook and Twitter and be sure to leave a comment and let us know what you think.
