Facebook and or Twitter Training Course?

I am looking for a reasonably priced social media course focused on FB or Twitter that is not live, but is evergreen and taught by someone that really focuses on this traffic method. Someone with credibility as both a practitioner and a business person.

--not talking about FB ads; that's different.
--it can include setting up your fan page -- but that's a plus.

I mean social engagement for business purposes. Dos and don'ts; examples; etc

Basically I want something I can stand behind and recommend as an affiliate.

(And I don't mean just a short report. Got several already.)

I just signed up for a course covering Facebook, Pinterest and mobile which starts this next Monday. The sessions will be recorded too.
