I'm digging into all the good stuff here and hoping to connect with others, perhaps for an accountability group. I already have a membership site for women's mentoring and a few products but I'm preparing to rebuild/restructure the site and will welcome a few ideas on how to best do that. Look for an accountability group for your geographic area from the forum home screen. If it is not active, you are welcome to join the Central US group.

I know quite a bit about membership sites, so would be glad to help if I can.

I'll look for a group as you have suggested.

I'd like to reformat the structure/content of my site (free to anyone choosing the complimentary option) so that there is free and premium content and so that I am not scrambling to create new content regularly. I seem to be stuck, unable to figure out what to do with it. I listened to Chris Lockwood's membership site presentation but did not get sufficient clarity on what I need to do with my stuff.

I'd welcome any suggestions on other presentations and/or insights from your experience.

The thing about membership sites is that you can choose fixed term memberships so that you create content that has an end or continuous which requires new content on a regular basis. Which one do you want to do?
