I am SO excited to be heading to Atlanta today for NAMS. However, I had a little accident yesterday when I was running. I fell - and face first into gravel! I have 3 stitches in my lip and my nose and face is pretty scarred. So, if you see a freaky looking person this week-end - it's just me!

I had to miss NAMS in February because my Dad passed away that week - so I certainly wasn't going to let a face full of gravel and looking freakish keep me from this one! :-)

It was great meeting you at NAMS - And your face looked awesome - didn't notice a thing! Just goes to show ya we all have obstacles to overcome, but it shouldn't stop us from succeeding in life! Thanks for the inspiration to get out of our comfort zone and be all we can be no matter what the circumstances!

PS - Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. Lost mine too... never an easy thing to go through.
