Good Affiliate Programs?

I'd like to have an affiliate program set up before NAMS. I'd love to know what affiliate programs folks have use and which you recommend for a newbie. I'm just finishing my first few products.

1. Clickbank (they manage the affiliates include paying them)
2. Digital Access Pass (you install software on your site and manage affiliate yourself; also is membership site software and allows easy delivery of products)
3. AMember (you install software and manage affiliates)
4. iDev Affiliate

I used Clickbank for my ebook/ecourse product simply because they handled all the financials - including the tax info! That was enough of a perk for me to gladly pay the small percentage they charge per transaction.

I started with Clickbank, quickly outgrew it and switched to DAP (http://gottagetdap.com) DAP has a learning curve, but once my team was trained it works beautifully. The best thing is easy reporting, with one click I can select a coded mass-pay, paste it into PayPal, & all my affiliates are paid instantly. The other great thing is it hosts all my content behind password protected areas. And now that we have several online training programs in place, it allows access to some, but not to others, and when they sign up online for a program it syncs with both my merchant account & Aweber so I don't have to do anything. They get the logins for the product, I get the $ in my account.

Hi Chris,

Would this affiliate software work for tangible items or are they better suited for information products?

I'm actually looking for affiliate software that would work for a clothing product.

It can work for any product. Are you going to use Wordpress for the site or something else?
