I have my niche this time, which is Celiac Disease/Gluten free living. I'm just not sure how to monetize it. I was told that I should start a membership site, but I don't know exactly how I would do that. So I'm looking forward to insight from this NAMS.

I have a cookbook started, actually the recipes are pretty much done, now I putting it all together.
